Twelve-year-old Charlotte, a rebellious child, discovers a little spider in her dilapidated apartment complex. She keeps it in a jar, but it doesn’t take long for it to grow at an enormous rate and become bloodthirsty. Charlotte and her family are forced to engage in a last-ditch battle for their survival against a hungry spider that has a craving for human flesh as their neighbours start to vanish.
